There's still a chance we can save the hemp industry but the future looks bleak.  

After a minibus was secretly snuck into the CR at the last minute (thanks to the alcohol and mariiuanna lobbies) hemp businesses like Mitchell's CBD could be eliminated by legislation.  

Not because hemp is harmful or ineffective but because it hurts the pockets of Big Alcohol and Big Marijuanna.   

Because hemp IS effective, they see it as a competitor that hurts their bottom line.  Special interest money flows to politicians and the crooks do the bidding for their doners, no matter how it effects the health of the people.

It's gross, and the people's health suffer.    

But there is hope with Rand Paul's amendment to carve out safe language to protect legitimate companies, like Mitchell's Medicinals CBD.
